EXCHANGES/RETURNS

If for some reason the product needs to be returned we will exchange the item or fully refund you the cost of that item. Please email us for an authorization number for the return or exchange. The product must be returned within 15 days of receipt in its ORIGINAL condition with all labels and tags attached. We cannot refund or exchange product that has been worn or that have the tags removed. When sending the product back, please include original packaging, the receipt, labels and reason for return or exchange. 

You will be responsible for the cost of shipping and handling unless we have made a mistake in the processing of your order.
