1) How do I get a refund?
If for some reason the product needs to be returned, we will exchange the item or fully refund you the cost of that item.
2) Is there something I need to do before I send the hat in? Or can I just put it back in the mail?
Please email us for an authorization number for the return or exchange.
3) How long do I have before I can send the hat back?
The product must be returned in it's original packaging within 15 days. Please send product back with the receipt, labels and reason for return or exchange.
4) What if I wore the hat a few times and changed my mind?
- We cannot refund product that has been worn.
5) Who pays for the shipping and handling on my returns?
- You will be responsible for the cost of shipping and handling unless we have made a mistake in the processing of your order.
