From time to time we get questions that need answering, whether its through our customer service, or our conversations with satisfied hat owners. So this is a forum designed to help you with those pesky questions that you may not have time to call or write in about. 

1) How do I get a refund?

• If for some reason the product needs to be returned we will exchange the item or fully refund you the cost of that item. Please email us for an authorization number for the return or exchange. 

2) Is there something I need to do before I send the hat in? Or can I just put it back in the mail?

3) How long do I have before I can send the hat back?

• THE PRODUCT MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 15 DAYS OF RECEIPT IN ITS ORIGINAL CONDITION..Please send product back in original packaging,  along with the receipt, labels and reason for return or exchange. 

4) What if I wore the hat a few times and changed my mind?

•  We cannot refund product that has been worn. 

5) Who pays for the shipping and handling on my returns?

• You will be responsible for the cost of shipping and handling unless we have made a mistake in the processing of your order.
