From time to time we get questions that need answering, whether its through our customer service, or our conversations with satisfied hat owners. So this is a forum designed to help you with those pesky questions that you may not have time to call or write in about.
1) How do I get a refund?
2) Is there something I need to do before I send the hat in? Or can I just put it back in the mail?
Please email us for an authorization number for the return or exchange.
3) How long do I have before I can send the hat back?
THE PRODUCT MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 15 DAYS OF RECEIPT IN ITS ORIGINAL CONDITION..Please send product back in original packaging, along with the receipt, labels and reason for return or exchange.
4) What if I wore the hat a few times and changed my mind?
